I’ll say this though. I’m at a stand still with my weight loss. It’s nobody’s fault but my own. I let food seduce me and I’ll leave it at that.
To kick my weight loss back in gear, I decided to start working with a trainer. I’m a member of the gym at my job. Personal training is offered an additional cost and they even have group personal training to make it more affordable.
I started training with 3 other ladies this past week. We worked on a number of machines to weight train, while also adding some cardio in between.
Let’s say, I discovered I’m stronger than I thought. I bench pressesd 40 whole pounds
Next week I’ll share some more pics. I’m really excited to be focusing on my fitness again.
